Midilord Inc. would like to announce the release of two new songs by Camille Kaye. The first song celebrates Jamaica's 50th anniversary, and the other is about Jamaica's domination on the track at the 2012 London Olympics.
"Both releases shows off Camille's vocal flexibility and range." – Duane "Midilord" Summers, Camille's Mgr
Like All Jamaicans all over the world Camille Kaye has been feeling very patriotic this year. To celebrate Jamaica's 50th anniversary, she recorded her own rendition of Jamaica's National Song.
Originally written by Victor Stafford Reid, Camille remembers singing it as a young girl while attending school in Jamaica. Her A Cappella version is already being used at various functions in Jamaica and Miami and it has only been available on www.camillekaye.com for a week.
Born Camille Tiffany-Kaye Fletcher in Kingston, Jamaica, on October 15th 1989, her professional singing career started with an introduction to Dancehall producer Supahype of 007 Music.
Within the same month of Jamaica's 50th Anniversary, Usain Bolt and his teammates dominated the track events at the Olympics in London, which further inspired Camille Kaye to record a song called "Go Hard An Done".
This dancehall/dubsteb fusion produced by Duane "Midilord" Summers was a instant hit on the airwaves in Jamaica where DJ Dean on Hot102 had the opportunity to be the first to play it. "Go Hard An Done" is now available at www.camillekaye.com
